About the Author

My name is Diane Zizzo. I‘m married to a wonderful man, and have two awesome sons. I love writing poetry. So I thought it would be a fun way to use my poetry and write a children's book. I enjoy all the arts really. I started dancing when I was just about 3 years old. Of course, it helped that my mother was a dance teacher. That was the best part. Once I had my own children, we moved, and soon after, a dance studio opened up right around the corner. So, like my mother, I became a dance teacher. A few years later, I noticed an ad in our town paper, and soon I'm "Singin' with the Big Bands". Oh, was that fun! I still sing once in a while. But, now I have a "Teddy" to take care of, or should I say......... "Teddy Spaghetti"
