The present book is based on the author's experience of more than 20 years in conference interpreting. The book is divided into three main sections. The first looks to the development of conference interpreting in Taiwan. The second part of the book analyzes the types of interpreting errors made by conference interpreters while doing their job. The final part explores the strategies and techniques commonly used by interpreters in response to the challenges and difficulties encountered during the process of interpreting.
