He is additional standing counsel, Govt, of India..Mr. Bhardwaj appears regularly before Delhi district courts as well as before numerous regulatory boards and other agencies. In his commercial litigation practice, he has handled a variety of cases from corporate contractual liability to competition issues and constitutional questions. He also has experience in handling major arbitrations, both at the regional and national levels either as counsel to a party or as an arbitrator.
