Dr. P. C. Sinha holds M.A., M. Phil and Ph.D. degrees from; jawaharlal Nehru University, New Delhi He expertise's in the field of Ocean add Antarctic studies, Environment and Development studies and is in international-ally recognized. He has contributed extensively in Indian and foreign professional journals. He also success-fully participated in the international diploma programme on the ''Conflict Resolution'' at department of Peace and Conflict Research, Uppsala of university, Awe den and worked as the research fellow on environment and police issues at EPAI, East-west Centre, Hawaii (USA) leading to his post- doctoral degree. Presently, he is Senior Research Fellow at School of International Studies, Jawaharlal Nehru University, New Delhi Dr. k' Cherry born and educated in Kerala is a journalist, philanthropist author, social activist and educational consultant. He is actively associated in different capacities with various Authors group. Compiled an Encyclopaedia of Ecology, Environment and projects like encyclopaedia of Humanities and Social Social sciences, Histori-cal Introduction to the World. Authored many books like Sustainable Development: World Perspectives; Global Education: An Analysis. Presently he is compiling a Series- Land and Peoples of India
