About the Author

Terry Wu is Professor of Business at the Faculty of Business and Information Technology, Ontario Tech University, Canada. His research focuses on international marketing, marketing of higher education, globalization, and trade policy. His research has been published in academic journals including Management International Review, Columbia Journal of World Business, Journal of Marketing Management, International Marketing Review, Journal of Business and Industrial Marketing, Journal of International Communication, and Thunderbird International Business Review, among others.

Nailin Bu is Associate Professor and Distinguished Faculty Fellow in International Business at the Smith School of Business, Queen's University, Canada. She specializes in international business, cross-cultural management, management in the Asia-Pacific region, and international human resource management. Her research has appeared in many scholarly publications, includingInternational Journal of Human Resource Management, Asia Pacific Journal of Management, and International Journal of Cross-Cultural Management, among others.
