It provides a comprehensive introduction to all aspects of aviation law, from criminal law to contract law, to the legal duties and responsibility of aircrew and other aviation personnel including airport operators, air traffic controllers and aircraft engineers. About the Author

Professor Ron Bartsch AM is a world-renowned aviation lawyer, academic, airline executive and international consultant. The author has been a pilot for 50 years and holds a current Air Transport Pilot Licence. Ron was awarded an Order of Australia for his “significant contribution to aviation law, and safety and compliance” in the Australia Day Honours in 2021.
