About the Author

Judith Goodman, M.A.Ed., is an experienced national consultant who provides engaging, interactive professional development in all content areas for elementary and secondary teachers. Judith spent 35 years as a dedicated classroom teacher, a district instructional specialist, and a university adjunct professor. The first 20 years of her career consisted of classroom experience at the elementary through high-school levels. Her skill as a master teacher was recognized by her school district, and she became a district-level instructional specialist. In addition, she served as a writing specialist, guiding students and teachers to meet the state's writing standards. Judith now works as an independent consultant working with teachers to increase student engagement, which will lead to student success.
