Chapter One
The Economic Issues the World Is Facing Today Will Be Resolved
I believe the reputation of any good company totally depends on the leaders. Furthermore, they are the ones who need to establish effective communications systems that will enable them to translate their corporate communications to the people who are working under their supervision. Once the employees are instructed effectively and efficiently, they will have more willingness to show good attention to the customers they serve. They will be ready to provide effective details regarding the types of quality products and services their company offers.
One of my goals is to create jobs. Through job openings, I will make sure hundreds and hundreds of people who are unemployed can become employed. They will have a chance to make a living, and this will change their lives for the better.
I am going to build a company in which all functional areas will be optimized. I will continuously improve customer service, I will generate enormous sales revenues, I will reduce costs, I will reward top performers for their business performance, and I will expand the company.
In this tough economic crisis, the people who are in charge of companies should make sure they use their brains in order to help their organizations succeed by developing effective sales promotions and financial rebates. Companies should develop strong brands their customers will enjoy using, and they should offer coupon discounts to make their customers feel even better. Happy customers will always share the experience they have had with your brand, and they will share information concerning price comparisons they have noticed between your company and your competitors. They will never stop encouraging their friends and family members to do business with you, and this will help the sales revenues of your business increase enormously.
There are many people who have been working in the real estate and mortgage industries. They were making enormous sums of money, and they were happy individuals. The booming real estate market helped them become millionaires in a few years. Today, I believe many of them are struggling to pay for a place to live. Some of them decided to go back to school to earn a degree in order to change their financial situations. I congratulate them for being so clever. I believe their cleverness will open many doors for them in the future. Indeed, those who value knowledge highly will always respect education.
Today, I am going to tell you why there are many Haitian brothers and sisters who would prefer to do business with foreigners instead of dealing with Haitian business owners. By understanding factors such as service, sincerity, appreciation, and punctuality, you will definitely agree with them. The majority of Haitian business owners and leaders fail to display high levels of customer service, sincerity, appreciation, and punctuality. Only when they change the way they do business will they become very productive. As long as they continue mistreating their customers, they will never be prosperous. The customers they have already acquired will go elsewhere. The businesses will generate low sales revenue, and they will be forced to close down.
I believe the reason there are many Haitian business owners who fail to succeed is that they have no confidence in technology, professional consultation and customer service. Rather, they believe the businesses they are operating are so close to their competitors' and they believe this is the reason their sales revenues to be dramatically reduced. While they continue to ignoring advertising, promotions, marketing and improved customer satisfaction, they anticipate their businesses will generate enormous sales revenues.
The investors who are interested in investing in Haiti should be ready to build effective infrastructures that will help them succeed in their investments. Failure to do so will cause them to lose all of their invested funds.
There are many people who are facing economic crisis in the United States, which is a developed country. I realize they are complaining more than the ones who are financially unstable in developing nations.
If all Haitian business owners and leaders would like to change the way they do business in their native country and abroad, they really need to be dedicated to making the change.
Unless the Haitian business owners and leaders apply all the good business practices and principles effectively and efficiently, they will be able to make their businesses become competitive and profitable in the U.S. Marketplace.
Despite the economic turmoil, the only service industry that always remains profitable all over the world is prostitution. Even though a man had no money to buy food to feed himself and his family, he will beg everyone around him to lend him some money in order to receive sexual services from a prostitute.
The economic situation the world is enduring now forces many women who never had the intention to sell their bodies to become prostitutes today. They had never dreamed of entering the prostitution business. Now, I realize economic difficulties have the power to change the mentality of those women who seem to be very weak spiritually. The number of individuals who have committed suicide due to starvation is enormous. I have experienced hunger in my life, and being starved is terrible indeed.
Chapter Two
Have Realistic Expectations
Today, you are going to become aware of many opportunities you have missed in your life due to your poverty. Even though you are a beautiful person, if you are living a live of misery, your beauty will be covered up by poverty. Even though you are a spiritual person, if you are living a life of misery, your spirituality will be covered up by poverty. Even though you are an educated person, if you are living a life of misery, your education will be covered up by poverty. Even though you are a loyal person, if you are living a life of misery, your loyalty will be covered up by poverty. Even though you are a wise person, if you are living in a life of misery, your wisdom will be covered up by poverty. Even though you are a generous person, if you are living a life of misery, your generosity will be covered up by poverty. Even though you are a good person, if you are living a life of misery, your goodness will be covered up by poverty. Even though you are a sincere person, if you are living a life of misery, your sincerity will be covered up by poverty. Now, you can realize why there is a strong reason for you to make big efforts in this world in order to become financially stable. If you would really like all the good qualities you possess to be uncovered in the future, you should make sure you achieve financial success.
My quotations book entitled Inspirations: My Vivid Imagination Has Been Transformed into Reality could have been sold for a higher price, which would have enabled me to make big profits on sales initially. Nevertheless, I have always decided to make sure the message of liberation can be received by everybody who is living around the world. The success of my new book is based on the number of individuals who have full access to the message of truth and deliverance. I have seen so many people who have been plunged into deep financial trouble. Since they have no patience to face their financial hardships, they agree to associate themselves with highly effective criminal masterminds.
I have struggled with my financial hardships for so many years. Nevertheless, I have never had the intention of dishonoring myself by stealing things that belong to somebody else. Instead of being discouraged and disgraced, I have found strength in my writings and songs.
Working overtime in a workplace can lead you to live a beautiful life, which may be temporary if you fail to manage the money you have earned from your job wisely. No employee has an idea when an employer will make the decision to terminate many workers.
Unless you have financial autonomy, you will never be able to make many decisions in your life. Lack of financial independence can cause you to be limited and limitation leads to sadness.
If you have found a formula that can help people win the lottery, I believe you should use the formula yourself to make your fortune instead of charging others a fee for your formula. No one really knows who will lose and win in the lottery.
To achieve financial success in this world, you need to have tremendous self-discipline to control the money you spend on a daily basis. Once you are able to spend less and save more, you will be able to become financially stable.
Becoming a millionaire can be a reality if you know how to translate the financial theory you have acquired in school into financial practice.
Rushing to be proud of a new banking institution where two powerful financial institutions have been merged can be a big mistake because no one knows the types of fees such banks will change the customers after the merger.
Being free economically in this materialistic world is very crucial. When you become financially stable, the ones who have despised and criticized you begin seeing you differently. They even speak to you softly and appreciate you greatly.
The main motivator of all people who are in charge of the world is financial gain. I believe this financial gain motivates all of their actions, including their mistakes. When there are limited political tensions, I find that these people end up making less money from their inadequate political disasters.
The ability you have to think critically and objectively and to make effective analyses can definitely help you escape from unprecedented financial troubles. Always remember, the people who promise you they can manage your finances are lying to you. They simply encourage you to allow them to be responsible for your wealth in order to take advantage of you. When you become broke, they will stay away from you and mock you for being incapable and irresponsible.
If there had been success in the financial crisis created by the Haitian elites in Haiti as well as the ones who would always like the country to continue going backward, they would have lived peacefully. Unfortunately, the financial situations they created caused their lives to deteriorate day by day.
The financial crisis really makes the lives of many individuals impossible and senseless. The reason the people are so angry today is that they realize they are suffering for an awful cause.
If your friends needed your assistance desperately, they would never consider your house to be too far away if they had to walk more than five hours to arrive there. On the other hand, if they realized you were unable to help them with their needs, they would feel tired walking thirty minutes to your home.
I have many friends who have criticized me several times due to my telephone service interruption. According to them, I was an irresponsible person. Nevertheless, they had no idea how life was treating me. If they really knew the true reality of my financial struggles, they would probably have become very compassionate toward me. Life in the United States is so tough, I have never been able to come up with an adequate description; indeed, my life seems indescribable.
The only way I can encourage my enemies to believe in me is to show them my prosperity. They already know I possess a solid education and extensive business knowledge. The main reason they continue to criticize me every day is that they realize I have never achieved any financial status despite my long-term educational campaign in Florida. According to them, I have motivated people enough to receive an education. Now, they are ready to see me become financially stable. For this reason, I have written this book, which is the evidence of my real success in the world.
When you realize life is going to be tough, you should develop a ten-year action plan. As you work hard on preparing yourself for future crises, you will build hope and an opportunity for you to explore during the times when you find yourself in a tough financial situation. While some people will have done nothing to secure a better tomorrow, you will have the chance to take advantage of your more stable position.
Unless you have the opportunity to change the situations of your family members financially, you may not become successful in a family reunion you decide to organize in your country. Always remember, family members can become very tired of listing to good advice from family members. They will be ready to listen to your dialog only as long as you have a plan of action for them. If you offer good financial advice, they will listen to you.
Once you become successful in your life, you will begin receiving numerous invitations from many individuals who would like to share dinner with you. Eventually, they will no longer be ashamed of you because your life situations have been changed. Now, the charitable contributions you are making to various charitable organizations are proof of your financial success.
Suffering from lack of money is worse than suffering with any types of illnesses in this world. If you have AIDS, I believe you will be assisted by many hospitals and charitable organizations. Making your car and mortgage payments are your financial responsibility. If you fail to assume these financial responsibilities, the car dealership will repossess your vehicle and the mortgage company will foreclose on your house.
Today, I am asking you to begin forgiving those who are angry with you. I have come to realize that they should be forgiven because it is the pressure of their life situations that cause them to behave in such negative way. They are carrying a burden on their shoulders that can stop them from turning their circumstances into success, and this can cause them to lose their minds.
I have surpassed the stage of homelessness. Now, I have the willingness to climb through the stages of success. I have been a homeless man. During such time, my vehicle was my tiny house for many days. I had nowhere to go. The year 2004 was an especially tough year for me. I have really faced many challenges and adversities over the years. Despite my sufferings, I have always dreamed of being a successful man. I was determined to build a better life, and I was so focused, driven, and gracious. My appetite for learning and my ability to memorize things gave me the opportunity to excel in everything I do. After being married on November 13, 2004, I found a job that paid me $7.00 per hour. One year later, I made a decision to attend Everest University. I developed new plans to master the English language, and I completed all the required courses successfully. Finally, I have been able to graduate with honors, and I am very thankful to God for inspiring me to make good choices in my life. Those who would like to avoid being stuck in a dead-end life should go to school.
Chapter Three
Accepting Responsibility and Being Truthful
I would feel very regretful if I failed to salute men and women in uniform—those who are willing to sacrifice their own lives in order to give protection to all people who live in the Untied States as well as those who are living outside the country. I care very deeply for those men and women who are proudly serving their country. I will never stop being proud of them. I believe men and women in uniform really deserve to be honored, respected, and appreciated for their continued service.
On Tuesday, November 4, 2008, God really surprised all human beings with a victory that the people all over the world had never dreamed would be achieved in their lifetime. Barack Obama was elected the first African American president of the United States. Before he came to power, the American economy was completely down. Now, the economy is on the road to recovery. The presidency of Barack Obama really brings hope for those who are suffering greatly in this country. I believe very strongly people around the world have been really impressed by his presidential victory.
I have always been very sad to hear people blame the administration of Barack Obama for the economic disaster. The president of the United States really has the desire to change the economic situation the country is facing today. He continues to use his intelligence, experience, and expertise in order to bring the country back on track. How can Barack Obama do a good job when members of the house representatives and the senate block him in the decisions he makes to improve the economy in various legislative bills? People should realize that America is a country that is governed by three branches: the executive, the legislative, and the judicial. If the legislative branch, which consists of both the senate and the house of representatives, is unwillingness to work with the executive branch, the results expected by the American people will never be produced. I have been observing the Barack Obama administration very closely. Many times he has been ready to sign a bill that could improve the lives of American people dramatically; congress has refused to pass the bill. The chance the president has to make a huge difference in the disastrous American economy is very low because the opposition groups are always determined to stop him from leading the country more effectively and efficiently.
