Stephen Woodruff is a New Orleans native with thirty-five plus years experience in the restaurants, the last twenty two years at the New Orleans landmark, Commander's Palace. He has contributed to the industry as a member of the Board of Directors and a past President of the New Orleans Chapter of the Louisiana Restaurant Association, Board member of the New Orleans Tourism and Marketing Corporation, the New Orleans Metropolitan Convention and Visitor's Bureau and as an advisory board member for the Louisiana Culinary Institute.
