About the Author

Dr. Patti Mills has been an Educator for the past 23 years. She obtained her Bachelors, Masters, and Doctorate Degrees from Nova Southeastern University.
Dr. Mills is a Jamaican by birth but a naturalized American citizen who has resided in the United States for 40 years. She is married and has three wonderful children: Natalia, an Educator; Barrington, a Law Enforcement Officer; and Marcilyn Mills Redden, a Pharmacist. Currently, Dr. Mills resides in Florida
