It sets forth the cooperative role of urologists, partnering with reproductive endocrinologists and embryologists, in the application of assisted reproductive techniques to achieve pregnancy in hopelessly infertile couples. In a parallel manner, it presents contemporary advances in the genetics and laboratory diagnosis of sperm dysfunction.
