About the Author

Grandmaster Ramesh RB is the most acclaimed chess coach in India. He played for the Indian Olympic Chess Team and won the British Chess Championship in 2002. After retiring from competitive chess in 2008, he established a training institute that has become an impressive talent factory with alumni such as Pentala Harikrishna, Adhiban Baskaran, and Rameshbabu Praggnanandhaa. As the national team captain, he led India to a historic bronze medal at the 2014 Olympiad in Norway.
