About the Author

For as long as the Two Grandmas have known each other, Evelyn has written poems and stories, tucking them away in shoeboxes and secret drawers for safekeeping. From time to time, Evelyn would take the poems out of their hidey-holes to share with her friends and her grandchildren.

When Evelyn read one of her poems with Monica, something magical happened. Monica was inspired to draw pictures to illustrate the story.
