Daryl V. Riggs is the acclaimed author of a game programming books series in Italian. He has a degree in Computer Science and has been a software developer since he was a teenager. In his other life, he is a cat person, a videogame junkie and a heavy metal guitar player. Daryl has lived in California and United Kingdom. He now lives in Sicily, in the middle of the Mediterranean Sea, and is a fluent Italian speaker. When he's not writing or programming, Daryl enjoys snowboarding, Sicilian beer and paragliding over the highest active volcano in Europe – mount Etna – with his Italian wife.
