This collection of poems is designed to help you feel empowered, uplifted and inspired. Every poem and affirmation in this book was inspired and flowed freely from the heart. Some poems were written with tears of joy, some with sadness and others with grief. Others were written with tears of passion, pain or relief. But no matter the subject or time in my life, I’ve found comfort and release from stress and anxiety in these very words. I know for sure that some of you will connect with the words on the following pages in a way that only tears could explain if they could talk. My hope is that you will find the courage, the strength, the power, the will, the desire, the motivation, the encouragement or whatever it is that you need to get you back on track, get you going, keep you going or help you to lend a kind word to a “familiar stranger.”
