Overview

This book presents a roadmap for finding innovative solutions to the complex problems found in business, education, government, non-profits, and communities.

Whether you are starting out in a career, an experienced professional, or a highly-skilled specialist, the book will provide steps to transform yourself from a high-performing individual to an effective builder and leader of collaborative, high-performance teams.

To drive home the relevancy and power of collaborative, high-performing teams, author Ed Minnock has created a fictional story based upon a real problem: the critical shortage of fresh water in the world today.

In the story, icebergs are seen as the last chance to avoid a worldwide catastrophe. But harvesting water from icebergs is complicated, and time is running out. The main characters trying to solve the water crisis are penguins, and they don’t get along very well, even though they try to do what’s right.

Can adversaries become a collaborating, high-performance team in time to save the human race? The clock is ticking
