I Was Born This Way
What it was like growing up a gay boy in the '70s & '80s in southern Arkansas. Bullying, torture, and even the high school that I attended allowed name-calling back then. My name was plastered on a door in the boy's room--just like bathroom graffiti. I share how a gay child can deal with the trauma, and how it feels. Luckily, I came from parents of unconditional love and how they treated me allowed for my success. All of us are born to love someone; this book will enlighten the parents of children who just want to LOVE this way. As Lady Gaga says, “we are all born superstars." With this book, maybe more gay children (or Little Monsters as she might refer to them) can continue their education without harassment and unleash their inner superstar!

About the Author

The Author grew up in the south, where it is extremely hot in the summer, so he moved to the northeast; where it is extremely cold and snowy in the winter.

First published during the mid-90's in Science of Mind Magazine, a spiritual-based magazine, he has now elevated his work to such fantastic websites as Barnes and Noble.

Rich is currently studying for his A.S.B. and will graduate in April of 2012. He already has two follow-up books planned after I Was Born This Way.
