Books are a great way to communicate with your child.
The book, I Think I can...I know I can, is written to encourage and motivate young people like Bobby to believe in themselves when facing challenges in life.
Now, before reading the story together, start up a conversation asking them if they have ever had to do something that they felt would be hard or scary for them to do? Also, let your child know they can always come to you for support when they feel afraid in any situation. By having regular conversations with your child, it will strengthen their self-esteem and sense of security.
