This is flat realistic, believable, and can speak to kids like this. It almost perfectly describes a boy I've known to a tee - even to the hairstyle. You have captured what for some of us, might be impossible, and portrayed the anger, the hurt, and pain behind much of the rebellion that exists today.

Gosh this is an emotion tugger (think I just made that up).
I think you have written very sympathetically some tough subjects, the dialogue and narrative are complemented by your style and hold the attention even when I the subject matter is challenging. This is very well written.

Kat Hello, This is a powerful read, and you have captured something in this book that I can't quite define. It has a sense of urgency for me but that does not make. I love it and believe it will assist some young people in coming to terms with some of their stuff, even though it is fiction. Yes your book shows the power of the written word in story form. CONGRATS your characters are well crafted as is the book. BACKED with plesure.
