SAMANTHA SKELLY is an entrepreneur, motivational speaker, author, breathwork facilitator, and emotional eating expert. In 2014, she founded Hungry for Happiness to support women around the world battling disordered eating and body image issues. In 2018 she founded Pause Breathwork, a movement to decrease the suffering humanity experiences though the power of breathwork.
