Overview

This book is a naïve phenomenology of poet's mind (my mind) undertaken in cycles of poems which belong together. It is a speculative narration of my mind done with the utmost honesty and courage that I could muster. My aim was not to produce poems which converge on a preconceived idea that the world is beautiful, meaningful and reassuring, but to diverge, to push like in a Socratic dialog past the logical preconceptions of our humanity to where "the chain of meaning" takes us.

I was born and have spent my formative years in a small town in Romania, a slow-paced, semi-rural environment close to the land where I have found a good library and the leisure to self-educate in the European literature, philosophy and classical music.
