Overview

Hello! My name is Russ Considine and I am a professional photographer who would like to share some of my photo experiences with you. Like me, you may have looked at unique and beautiful photos and PhotoArt works and wondered how the photographers arrived at their finished work of art. The 17 photos and PhotoArt works shown in this book were taken with Digital Single Lens Reflex (DSLR) cameras.
I have indicated for each photo both the type of camera that I used and the camera settings utilized. I have indicated whether I have used a monopod, tripod or if the camera was hand-held; and if a flash was used to achieve the final result. In addition, I have shown a few examples of photos that I have then created into PhotoArt works using various software. HDR photos are shown and the type of HDR software used as well as a few photos that I have "painted", again using photo painting software. Intended for both the entry level and intermediate photographer, I hope that you will find some of my suggestions and camera settings to be of use to you in your future photo endeavors.
