As an owner of two adult websites, I have seen a lot over the years. I've met hundreds of people and now have over 1000 scenes.
This is a guide for those of you just starting out and those of you who have been in the adult industry for many years. My company is small as compared to the larger companies out there, but my websites do get noticed. I work with local, everyday normal people who want to do a scene or two, for whatever reason, to people who want to make a career out of porn and are either independents or are with an agency.
There are just two of us working the company. Filming, editing, managing the website is all done by my director. I do the interviews, scheduling, and most often transporting of the talent. So it's safe to say, I am as hands on as I can get without being talent myself.
