About the Author

I graduated from the University of Minnesota. I have worked in retail as an Assistant Buyer, Buyer, Store Merchandise Manager and Store Operation Manager. Also, I have sold real estate. I am officially retired but have gotten bored so here I am doing e-books.
I decided to publish my Mother's recipes. Her recipe file was very large. I have also used those that I have received through the years from other relatives and friends. My Mother and Grandmother were wonderful cooks and bakers. Our tables at dinner and supper were always filled with great food. We always had desserts so you will see a lot of dessert recipes.
I am honoring my Mother's by using her middle name and my Grandmother's by using her maiden name for the author. For I am sure many of the recispes originated from my Grandmother.
