About the Author

Steve Douglass, an author and frequent speaker on leadership, management, and personal development, is the President of a 25,000 staff multinational organization. He is a graduate of Massachusetts Institute of Technology and Harvard Graduate School of Business Administration, where he graduated in the top 2% of his class. Along with his wife Judy, Steve resides in Orlando, Florida. They have three married children: Debbie, Michelle, and Josh. They also have three grandchildren.

Al Janssen has co-written or authored more than twenty-five books. Al and his wife, Jo, have been married for over thirty years and have three children: Joshua, Jonathan, and Anne. They currently reside in Colorado Springs, Colorado.
