Lidiia Voevodina is an entrepreneur, author and researcher in the field of public policy and management. She completed a flagship graduate programme, Master of Public Policy and Management (MPPM), offered by the Institute for Policy Studies at the University of Brunei Darussalam (UBD). Her studies at UBD and Georgetown University in the United States of America (USA) were fully awarded by the Brunei Darussalam Government Scholarship for international students through the Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade. Her first major is linguistics and intercultural communication, and she was awarded a full-ride scholarship from the Ministry of Education of the Russian Federation. Lidiia also holds a Bachelor of Education degree funded by the Ministry of Education of the Russian Federation. When she was a student, she took part in a United States Government programme, “Work and Travel USA,” which allows foreign university students to travel and work within the USA. Additionally, she had an internship in Spain, where she worked in the hotel business industry in Palma de Mallorca. Lidiia Voevodina is a participant in international conferences in the field of linguistics and public policy. She is a member of the International Public Policy Association (IPPA), the Women in Public Policy International Network (WPPI), and the American Society of Public Administration (ASPA). She also runs a family business with her husband in logistics in the state of Virginia in the USA.
