About the Author

I have been a freelance motorsports reporter since 1993 and have been covering racing action in the central New Jersey area.

I started by covering go-kart racing and progressed to writing shop profiles and driver profiles for racing newspapers and racing magazines. Currently I cover racing seminars at the yearly Motorsports Expo in Oaks Pennsylvania and Saturday and Sunday racing activity at Wall Stadium Speedway in Wall Township New Jersey.

I have won writing awards at the yearly Eastern Motorsports Press Association convention and authored a biography paperback called "Champion! The Ron Hornaday Jr Story."

I am an avid animal lover and I have several years’ experience as a fish mom to an assortment of Betta fish as well as several Cory Cat fish, Mystery snails and Angel fish. Every Betta fish I every owned lived for many years in the lap of fish luxury.

I am also a cat mom to three rescued cats who live outdoors at my New Jersey home in cat condos due to my husband’s allergies.
