Howard L. Hibbard is owner and principal attorney of the Law Office of Howard L. Hibbard, founded in 1979. With over 30 years experience as a trial attorney in both state and federal courts, his primary focus has been on commercial and residential real estate matters, including construction defect lawsuits.

In addition, his clients rely upon him for business law, corporate and insurance litigation, debt collection, bankruptcy adversary actions, labor relations and elder law.

He has extensive experience in real estate and construction defect litigation, with a case history of achieving multi-million dollar settlements involving large housing developments, commercial properties and condominium complexes.
