About the Author

Michael Ward was born in Glasgow, Scotland, grew up in Nottingham, England and moved to Alaska when he was 37 years old. He was a single father for six years in England and his son moved to America with him. Michael has worked inside the Washington Beltway as an engineer and now lives with his family in Florida. As well as being the author of “Type 2 Diabetes: How to Kick its Ass”, he is the author of one Scandinavian crime novel, four books of short stories, the Lisa Molin Assassin series, the Stephen Haggerty Assassin series, the Dangerous Scotsman series and The Beach at the End of Time series.

In total Michael has 44 books/short stories out on Amazon and Barnes and Noble. Many of them are ebooks but Michael will be putting more out as print-on-demand books through Create Space on Amazon.
