About the Author

My childhood Christmases of the 1940s and 50s, when toys were made with hands and hearts, was my inspiration for “How the Grandmas and Grandpas Saved Christmas” series. As a father of six and grandfather of thirteen, I have enjoyed reading ‘”Twas the Night Before Christmas” on Christmas Eve for over fifty years. I hope both children and adults will enjoy reading my story and make it part of their holiday tradition. “How the Grandmas and Grandpas Saved Christmas” series is dedicated to those who believe in the spirit of giving and the magic of Christmas.
