About the Author

Rob has been frustrated by the fitness industry's sneaky marketing tactics that take advantage of women who need real help with a real plan that can be applied to a real life situation. Rob has been involved in the fitness industry for 15 years working in all different settings including health care, women's fitness (he ran an all women's bootcamp for 5 years). After all that you would think he knows something about women. (ya right, he's not a genius but he does know fitness!) He has been the director of a sports performance center, worked in major health clubs, several major corporations, and with all fitness levels from novice to professional athletes.
His goal is to have women realize that when real life gets in the way, you can still stick with it and be a success. When not managing a health club, Rob enjoys keeping his 2 labs (Gracie and Graham and now newly added rescue dog, Izzy AKA Itchy) busy and out of the garbage can as they like to keep tabs on who ate what.
