Jill grew up in small town Boise , ID with an absent father and an emotionally unavailable mother. She learned early on to substitute insecurity for sarcasm. She found herself single and pregnant at 22 so naturally, of course, she became a bartender.
Her thick skin, quick wit and natural servers heart, afforded her longevity in an industry so often misunderstood. She spent 10 years at Beaches Restaurant and Bar in Vancouver, WA. where she developed work ethic, perfected her sarcasm and developed an unbridled passion for the service industry.
