As a hospice social worker, I see how hard hospice nurses work every day. Their blood, sweat, and tears go into their jobs and most importantly, their heart. Working in hospice for over seven years, I have seen how much information must be gathered by the nurses and shared with the interdisciplinary team (IDT or IDG).
