James Baumann, holds a Master’s degree in Human Service Counseling – Addictions and Recovery from Liberty University; a Master of Divinity in Chaplaincy from Liberty Baptist Theological Seminary, and a Masters in Business Administration – Healthcare Administration from University of Phoenix. He also holds certifications in Crisis counseling, Trauma counseling, Family counseling and Marital counseling.

He has worked as clergy in prison ministry, as a chaplain in a motorcycle group ministering to bikers, as a chaplain in addiction recovery and homeless ministries for years, and served as Quality Management in one of the largest Addictions & Recovery Centers west of the Mississippi River.
