About the Author

Ed (Hud Sonnenberg) and family came to the USA during WWII. The FBI, suspicious that we were German spies, detained the ship and us in New York Harbor. Later, Ed served in the US Army in Korea.
Married, 2 children, 4 grandchildren, 5 great-grandchildren.
Taught English and ESL for 38 years. Represented the college as speaker/presenter at the AACJC Conference in DC, and the International Consortium in Seattle on teaching diverse groups in the classroom..
