Overview

This is a collection of emotional, love short stories created by Bre Zell. It consists of trauma, loss, and lessons learned. In each short story, there are two main characters. You will experience the relationship between two hungry art thieves, two radical raiders in a post-apocalyptic world and lastly but not least the importance of a relationship between a son and mother.

The first short story is THE HEART HEIST, this story explains an obsessive man who is determined to steal particular art pieces to complete her collection. However, What the woman desires is completely different than what the man desires.

HIDE AND SEEK, explains the journey between two raiders who experience a calling from the supernatural. A girl named, Rose, must face the truth to escape the death of the ghost’s greedy hands.

In the story, LIGHTEN UP, the son of a terminally ill mother must complete her bucket list. Next thing on her list is to see the Northern Lights.

Bre Zell (Brenna Regouby) has a Creative Writing for Entertainment BFA from Full Sail University. Bre Zell has a 3.8 GPA and loves supporting her peers on revisions, editing, and writing. Her goal is to soar and strive for the different genres of literature. Bre has over ten years of experience combined in English, literature, the arts, and local newspapers.  Before starting her career, she dedicated her time to writing by being a full-time student at Full Sail University and freelancing on websites such as Fiverr.com.

Bre worked for The HUB of NTX, which is a local newspaper company of Wichita Falls, Texas. Bre is a part of a local writing group of talented and aspiring writers, and the Full Sail Writing Center. She won the Course Director's Award of Literary Techniques and Story Development 2017.

Bre Zell is currently working on illustrations and publications for her flash fiction short story, King Khan Leo. She is currently attending workshop classes to improve her writing style and preparing for future contests.

Bre is in her early 20s. She loves to dabble in poetry, watch Netflix, and write for modern television shows. She aspires to be the next Elizabeth Meriwether, and launch her own comedy series.
