About the Author

With a passion for Cooking & Nutrition, Margaret and Christine have tested and developed all the recipes in Homebody, as well as writing the copy, editing, and taking the photographs.
Margaret is a retired Registered Dietician, working upwards of 40 years in nursing homes and hospitals. She enjoys being Nana and babysitting her seven, soon to be nine, grandchildren. Christine studied Food Science at Cornell University and Culinary Arts at The Culinary Institute of America, although she credits her interest and cooking foundation to her mother and grandmother, Mum. She is a Chef Instructor at the Nolan School of Hotel Administration at Cornell.
Both Margaret and Christine enjoy outdoor activities, spending time with their family, boating, and of course- cooking and baking for their loved ones.
