Overview

One war. Two sides. King against Parliament. Childhood friends Abigail Booth and Grace Fowler are united by a shared love of wild hills, beautiful things and the mysterious angels of their secret place. But when the Civil War erupts, violently dividing neighbour against neighbour and brother against brother, Abigail and Grace find themselves ripped apart as their families stand on opposing sides. Separated by war and faith, will their friendship survive and will they ever meet again at the Hill of the Angels?
