About the Author

Ruby is an artist in the fullest sense of the word. Growing up she was given the privilege to try all forms of art, never able to pick just one. In this past year, through the struggles of the pandemic, she took to writing and created Her Ocean of Flowers. Flowers are something Ruby grew up drawing, finding her rhythm in the petals. And so, with this book representing Ruby’s development in becoming an individual, she wanted to use flowers as a homage to the child in her and to the growth she and her flowers all did this year.
