Helping Grandpa Hues is a school-age children book, demonstrating different ways to enhance and contribute to the well-being of the older adult with Alzheimer’s disease. Ethan’s parents openly educate Ethan about AD, so that he has a better understanding of grandpa’s behaviors. He is encouraged to participate with family activities, and to provide support for grandpa Hues. Ethan expresses his devotion for his grandpa and does his best to make sure his grandpa is happy.
