About the Author

Sarah Hainsworth was born and raised in Southern California and has continued living there with her amazing husband and two awesome sons for the past 19 years. She is a free-spirited, punk rock-loving soul who received her M.A. PPS in Educational Counseling in 2005 from the University of Redlands. Sarah has counseled in the Tk- 12th-grade public school setting since 2005. In 2014, she became a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor and currently has a private practice for psychotherapy.

Sarah Gonzalez started her journey in the U.S. Navy, where she served for six years. She majored in Behavioral Science with a minor in Addictive Disorders. She then went on to obtain a Masters in Educational Counseling. Sarah has been a practicing School Counselor for the last 20 years. She lives in Southern California, where she cares for her Husband of 23 years, her two Sons when they are not away at College, her Mom, and a house full of rescue animals. She loves hope, gratitude, and everything Spooky.
