Overview

This book is packed with suspense, romance, love, hate and forgiveness. The author will skillfully bring you in on his personal journal in his quest to find his father. This book should serve as a must read for any current or future fathers. It is also an excellent read for all people of all ages.
Growing up in a quaint, diminutive rural town in Alabama. A community so tiny that it would be easy to miss unless you were from the area. At first glance, this sleepy community is like most rural towns where the typical aspiration of most of the citizens was to grow up, finish high school, get a job, start a family, grow old and eventually be buried at the local church cemetery. However, if you took a closer look, by emerging yours into the community, it would slowly unveil some of its deep dark secrets, many of which were taken to the grave with sole possessors. In this community was a young boy determined to follow a different path than most of his peers and predecessors. Driven by a dream, a deep personal dream, "The dream to find my father". This simple quest to find his father became the catalyst that projected him from the comfort of his small-town environment onto a rich, and exciting global experience.
Through his tumultuous childhood, growing up fatherless, while navigating through life's ups and downs, to carving out an exciting career in Cryptology; one of the elite branches of the State Navy, and his successful career as an Information Technologist in the federal government and private industry.
With straight-forward analysis, peppered with humor (and a few other emotions), the author shares incidents from his life's quest to find his father. He speaks frankly of how this quest has affected his growth from youth to manhood and eventually his personal family life.
