The book has an unusual and useful accompaniment: heat-transfer software that can solve problems in conduction, convection, and radiation. Problems presented in the book are used as default examples and readers can create and solve many more imaginary problems using this software. I tried it and found it very easy to use. It is coordinated with the book by chapter and section numbers and even indicates the equation numbers that correspond to various topics. A pleasing feature of the software is that it solves the problems stepwise, just as presented in the book.
