Adetutu Ijose is a speaker, author and contributor on health issues that affect computer users. She learned the hard way about the various ways in which smoothies and milkshake could be used to assist the body in its self healing process while battling life threatening consequences of long term computer use and needed to increase her intake of fruits and vegetables as part of the healing process. She found that juicing smoothie and milk shakes could be prepared nutritiously without sacrificing taste and she has consequently been able to help others with her experience.
