About the Author

Bob Craig came into a growing relationship with Jesus Christ shortly after his marriage to his wife, Catherine, in 1957. He attended Howard Payne University to help equip him for the work God had called him to do and graduated in 1960.

Bob has pastored various churches, gaining invaluable experience from each congregation, and has also served as interim pastor in churches across Texas. Most of his pastoral ministry required him to find jobs outside of the church to care for living expenses, an experience which gave Bob a clearer perspective on life from both the pulpit and the gas pump.

In 1993, Bob was invited to join The Church Starting Center of The Baptist General Convention of Texas, where he served until retiring in 2003. He has one published book, Crumbs from a Clay Breadbox, and writes a daily blog on Facebook and at www.claybreadbox.blogspot.com.

Bob and Catherine have three children, six grandchildren, and eleven great-grandchildren.
