About the Author

Anita Penn is an American writer. Her maternal family is of Norwegian descent and that is where she drew inspiration for her first book, Goodnight Troll. Anita Penn is also a mother who loves reading books to her children, so she decided to write books her children could read to their children and so on. With hopes that no matter what happens in life, her stories will live on with them.

I love this kids book!!! It reminds me of being a little kiddo and going to the library and having the librarian read a book for story time!!! My granddaughter absolutely loves it!!! She's four years old and it is helping her learn to read!!! I hope to see it in elementary school libraries and city libraries!!!

Having read and shared this book with my family, I can honestly say that it is extremely evident the amount of love and care that went into this work of art. The story and illustrations are topnotch. I sincerely hope Anita Penn shares more of her wonderful creations with us in the future.
