About the Author

Terri Ragsdale studied at Colorado Mesa University in nutrition, dietitian and business administration and took courses from the University of Colorado in nutrition and Master Gardening. Terri was a language interpreter for Federal and State courts and other agencies for many years. Retired after 30 years of working with the State of Colorado, and now enjoys writing, reading, gardening, traveling and exercising.

This Nook Book is excellent and outlines how to set up and grow a successful vegetable garden at home. Alternative gardening is explained when there are limited space constraints. The pictures are very informative and show good examples on how to grow a successful organic vegetable garden also. I found the old fashion pest-control tips were very informative and the easy to implement in my own Vegetable Garden. I like the the raised-beds concepts. This is great for Children to learn gardening.
