Growing Up Poor In a Country of Plenty
While physical health and ailments have rarely been ignored by societies worldwide, it's mental health that has largely been ignored in some parts of the world. In some places, mental health is out rightly rejected as non-existent. It's ironic that mental health impacts physical health more than anything else. Stress is reportedly the number one cause of heart disease, and that is a mental health concern. In our societies, we are exposed to so many dangers that can impact our mental health, and one of those is substance abuse. As I will explain in the first chapter, substance abuse is another name for drug addiction. I have written this book to educate and create awareness to the masses about this evil that has plagued our societies. This one evil has destroyed families, homes and left its victims on the streets without jobs and sometimes even a home to go to. They would then resort to crime to feed their addiction and have no one to guide them and get them back on track. Our civic duty is very much to help such people overcome their addiction and become productive members of our society.
It is truly my hope that this book provides the necessary education so we can save ourselves and our loved ones from this menace. The book's point is to advise, educate, and create awareness of problems the youth face regarding substance and alcohol abuse. I would hope that this book brings about the much-needed change in our communities regarding substance abuse. Our high school students are vulnerable to it and fall into a trap if not educated in its dangers. Whether it's drugs or alcohol, abuse is abuse, and it needs to be set right. This book is also for parents to help teach their children the dangers of alcoholism and drug addiction. This education needs to start from the very beginning as we are responsible for raising our children right.

It can even help when you wanna refine ur slang or formality level. That's especially useful when writing for a broad audience ranging from businessmen to friends and family, don't you think? It'll inspect your vocabulary carefully and suggest the best word to make sure you don't have to analyze your writing too much."
