This entertaining collection unveils eight all-new, fiendishly illustrated cautionary tales exploring the dark underbelly of childhood. Childhood standards, including Little Jack Horner, Solomon Grundy and Three Blind Mice, are retold as dark and sinister rhymes about atrociouslymannered children who meet particularly unpleasant fates. Fans of Edward Gorey and Roald Dahl will feel right at home among Gris Grimly’s misbehavers. Gris’ extraordinary vision will deliciously haunt the imaginations of adults and alternative kids alike.
