Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) teacher through UMASS School of Science Center for Mindfulness, holds a certificate of training in Mindfulness Based Eating (MB EAT), and is a certified
Yoga Nidra teacher through CA College of Ayurveda. She is a certified RYT Yoga instructor, teaches yoga and mindfulness to high school students, educators, professional athletes, and working adults
throughout Orange County, CA and in workshops throughout southern California.

Jenny has been a public school educator, teaching high school biology since 2005. She has a M.Ed in Multicultural Education with an emphasis on hands on, inquiry based learning. In 2013, Jenny became
an experienced RYT 200 hour Yoga Alliance Instructor and has over 250 hours of extended yoga teacher training, including a Rieki II certification. She is a published author, certified National Geographic Educator, as well as an NGSS and STEM Certified teacher. Jenny also creates curriculum and biology based
